Financial Account Connection
We do not currently offer a self-serve Plaid connection. This page explains what such a connection would access and how to request it if your engagement requires it.
We are not accepting new Plaid-based financial account connections through the site at this time. If a financial-data connection is part of your engagement, please contact our team and we will arrange it. The details below describe how such a connection would work.
Where enabled, we would use Plaid to securely connect your financial accounts. Plaid provides the interface where you select your institution and authenticate. We would not see or store your banking credentials.
Plaid is trusted by thousands of financial apps and uses bank-level 256-bit encryption.
What a Plaid Connection Would Access
- • Account name and type
- • Account mask (last 4 digits)
- • Institution name
- • Available balance
- • Transaction dates and amounts
- • Merchant names
- • Transaction categories
- • Pending transactions
If you connect an account through Plaid, you would authorize us and Plaid to obtain and transmit your data from your financial institutions to us for the purposes of providing our services.
Your rights:
- • You can disconnect your accounts at any time
- • You can request deletion of your financial data
- • You control what data we access through Plaid's permission system

Security & Privacy
If a Plaid connection has been enabled for your account, you can disconnect it at any time. This stops data syncing and schedules your financial data for deletion according to our retention policy.
