Local Site in a Week
A site whose whole job is the booking. Live in a week.
A site built around the booking, live in one week, hosted and kept current by us.
Decision summary
The fit, the work and the boundary — before the deep detail.
Who it helps
A local business whose site stands between the customer and the booking — slow, hard to change, or on a platform nobody on the team can operate.
The problem
I like my site, but customers still call to ask what it already says. Every change means finding the person who built it.
What we do
A fixed-scope site on our platform: home, services, locations, about, reviews and a one-page booking or inquiry path, with your content moved over, every old address redirected, and AI-Era Optimization built in. We host it, keep it updated and secure, and you never touch a plugin. Live in one week from kickoff; the old site stays up until the switch.
How it works
Days one and two: structure and migration. Days three to five: booking path and profiles. Day six: your review. Day seven: switch-over, with the old site kept until it is done.
What is included
- Up to 12 core pages — home, services, locations, about, reviews, contact — designed for phones first
- Listing pages generated from your data — team, performers, services, menu — up to 60 items, each with photo, video and its own booking button
- One-page booking or inquiry path connected to your calendar and payments
- Content and images moved from the old site; every old address redirected
- AI-Era Optimization included: machine-readable business facts from day one
- Reviews pulled from your Google profile once it exists
- Mobile Lighthouse 90 or better at launch
- Hosting, updates and security included while any managed plan is active
What is not included
- Online stores with product catalogs, marketplaces and payouts to third parties — quoted from Website scoping
- Custom integrations with your internal systems — that is AI Mind
- Photo, video and copywriting from scratch — we use what you have and tell you what to capture
- More than 60 listing items or a second brand on the same build — quoted from Website scoping
- Ongoing changes after launch without a managed plan — that is Site Care
What we don't promise
- Traffic or rankings from the build alone — the site removes the leak; the managed plan and your profile bring the demand.
Terms. One-time work is confirmed in a written quote before it starts. A scoping fee is credited in full to the project it scopes.

What the scan detects
The visible gaps that start the work.
A platform the team cannot run
Plugins nobody updates, a theme nobody can edit, a builder that produces sixteen-megabyte pages.
Booking hidden behind the site
A calendar that exists but is never seen; a checkout that asks the customer to do the math.
Facts a machine cannot read
Services, cities, prices and policies scattered across pages, contradicting each other, invisible to assistants.
Exact work we do
The operating rhythm.
Build around the booking
One page: pick a date, see who is free, add the address, pay. Profiles and services generated from your data, each with its own button.
Move everything, break nothing
Content and images migrated, every old address redirected, the old site left up until the switch.
Ready for people and machines
Mobile Lighthouse 90 or better at launch and AI-Era Optimization built in, so the facts a customer sees are the facts an assistant reads.

Common questions
What is not in the fixed scope?
Online stores with product catalogs, marketplaces and payouts to third parties, custom integrations, and a second brand on the same build. Those are quoted from paid scoping, and the fee comes off the project.
Who hosts it, and what happens if I stop?
We do. Hosting, updates and security are included while any managed plan is active; without one, Site Care covers it. If you leave, the site and its content are yours to export.
Can our second brand move onto it later?
Yes — that is a migration quoted from scoping, and the point of building the first one on a platform we run.
