Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how DigitalFunnels LLC bills its plans, how you can cancel, and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Month-to-month, no long-term contract
Subscription plans (from $149/mo) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Annual plans, where offered, are billed once for the year.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@digitalfunnels.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. Consistent with standard subscription services, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of a period already started.
3. 14-day satisfaction guarantee (first subscription payment)
If you are not satisfied with your first month of a done-for-you subscription, contact us within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full — no manager approval or phone call required. This applies to the first billing cycle of a new subscription only.
4. Free scan and the $8.99 Detailed Audit
The presence scan is free. The one-time Detailed Audit ($8.99) is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase; because it is delivered right away, it is non-refundable once generated, except where a genuine delivery or technical failure prevented you from receiving it — in which case we will re-deliver it or refund the $8.99.
5. Optional advertising spend is separate
If you choose to run paid ads, your advertising budget is billed and paid separately to the ad platforms (for example Google or Meta). Ad spend is not part of your subscription fee and is not covered by the progress guarantee or any refund once it has been spent with the ad platform. Ads are optional and always kept clearly separate from the base subscription.
6. What the subscription promises
Our promise is measurable presence progress against your baseline (profile, reviews, listings, and online presence) plus transparent weekly work and reporting. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or sales — no service can honestly promise that. Refunds are governed by the sections above, not by lead volume.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days. If you believe you were charged in error, email us before filing a dispute and we will resolve it quickly.
